Etihad Atheeb Rebrands as Etihad GO Telecom to Accelerate Digital Transformation: Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) has officially rebranded as Etihad GO Telecom, marking a major step in its strategic transformation. The company announced the name change in a bourse filing, emphasizing its commitment to strengthening its position in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Moreover, the new identity reflects its ambition to enhance technical capabilities and deliver more comprehensive services to customers.
Advancing National Digital Goals
With this rebrand, Etihad GO Telecom aims to play a greater role in Saudi Arabia’s digital future. Additionally, the change supports the group’s contribution to the Kingdom’s national digital transformation efforts in line with Saudi Vision 2030. As part of the transition, the company’s ticker symbol on Tadawul will now appear as GO TELECOM, ensuring consistency with its updated identity.
Shareholders Approve New Company Name
Transitioning toward the new phase, the company confirmed that its 18th Extraordinary General Assembly (Second Meeting) approved the amendment to Article (2) of its bylaws, which relates to the official company name. According to a Tadawul statement, shareholders also endorsed amendments to Article (17) concerning the management of the company.
Furthermore, they approved updates to policies, procedures, and controls governing the selection and appointment of board members. These changes aim to enhance governance standards, improve transparency, and support long-term strategic growth.

The rebrand, approved on 9 October 2025, signals a renewed direction for the company. By adopting the name Etihad GO Telecom, the organization is aligning its operational identity with its broader mission to innovate, diversify services, and elevate customer experience across the Kingdom.
