FTCCI to Host Telangana Real Estate Summit at T-Hub on Jan 29: The real estate sector in Telangana is poised for a strategic reset. Moving beyond traditional metrics of bricks, mortar, and square footage, industry leaders will converge at The Marvel, T-Hub, on January 29, 2026, for a pivotal summit aimed at defining the future of value creation in the state’s property market.

Titled “Telangana Real Estate: Creating Value Beyond the Square Foot,” the event is organized by the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI). It comes at a time when Hyderabad is widely recognized as one of India’s most resilient and forward-looking real estate markets, driven by robust infrastructure, policy stability, and a booming tech economy.

The day-long summit will shift the focus from mere construction to the creation of integrated, sustainable, and future-ready ecosystems. Sessions are designed to tackle the evolving dynamics of the market, with themes including:

  • Strategic Investment for Hyderabad 2034
  • Competitive Positioning vs. Other Major Metros
  • The Demand Shift: Mid-Segment vs. Premium Housing
  • Infrastructure and Policy: The Growth Catalysts
  • The Youth Perspective: Redefining Living and Working Spaces
  • The Rise of Alternate Assets like data centers, logistics parks, and co-living spaces.

A roster of prominent speakers from FTCCI, NAREDCO Telangana, JLL India, along with leading developers, investors, and consultants, will share critical insights. The summit aims to provide a comprehensive roadmap for stakeholders to navigate the next phase of growth, which emphasizes quality of life, technological integration, and innovative asset classes.

The event enjoys strong industry backing, with JLL as the Knowledge Partner, NAREDCO Telangana as the Supporting Partner, Nikhila Constructions and Developers as the Title Partner, and Truck Dock Logistics as the Associate Partner.

Expected to attract over 300 senior decision-makers—including developers, architects, fund managers, investors, and manufacturers—the summit is set to be a catalyst for collaborative strategy and innovation in Telangana’s real estate narrative.

“The definition of value in real estate is transforming,” stated an FTCCI spokesperson. “This summit is about building communities, not just buildings; about creating enduring assets that enhance economic vitality, sustainability, and urban living. T-Hub, as our venue, symbolizes the innovative thinking we aim to bring to the sector.”

With its agenda firmly set on the horizon, this gathering promises to shape the blueprint for Telangana’s real estate evolution for the next decade.
